Responsibilities
The Engineering Division designs, inspects, and administers the constructions of public streets and sidewalks, as well as sanitary sewers, water mains, and storm sewers. The department assists the residents of Howard with questions regarding drainage issues, street grades, special assessments, driveway permits, street resurfacing, and sidewalk maintenance programs.
