Paul F. Evert was appointed as Village Administrator for the Village of Howard on September 6, 2011.
Mr. Evert received his Bachelors degree from Georgetown University and his Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Prior to coming to Howard, Mr. Evert served as the Assistant Administrator and Legal Director for the City of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin (2007-2011). He served as the city attorney from 2001-2007.
