Annual Report
At the end of 2007, the Village published its first ever comprehensive annual report. As part of the Village's ongoing effort to provide transparency & accountability, the annual report is intended to provide information on how village funds were allocated and what accomplishments were achieved.
The Village of Howard's 2009 Annual Report was distributed to the Green Bay Press-Gazette, Howard-Suamico Press and posted on the village web page on January 8, 2009 to ensure distribution.
