Ron has served as Village Trustee for Wards 1 & 2 since April 1991. Other Committees, Boards and organizations Ron has served include: Zoning Board (1973-1979); Sewer & Water Inspector for Village of Howard (1976-1977); served as President or Vice-President of the Bay Port Music Parent's Association (1982-1984); served as Chairman of the Police & Fire Commission (1985-1988); Brown County Supervisor for District 44 (1988-1990) and served on the Village Plan Commission (1993-1999).

Cathy was appointed to a vacant trustee seat in December of 2005 as Trustee for Wards 5 and 6. She was re-elected in 2006, 2008 and 2010. Cathy is married to Chris Hughes and is the mother of 4 children and also has 5 grandchildren. Cathy has been employed with the Wisconsin State Patrol as a state trooper since 1988. She volunteers as a Hunter Safety Instructor, is the secretary of the Bay Port Equestrian Team, is also an Employee Assistance Coordinator for the Division of State Patrol Wausau Post, and is an instructor at the Wisconsin State Patrol Academy.

George has served on the Village of Howard Board of Trustees for __ years and was elected Village President for two terms (1993-1999). Trustee Speaker was re-elected to a two year term in 2008. George is also currently a member of the Village of Howard Community Development Authority.

Trustee Lemorande was elected as Trustee for Wards 9 & 10 in April of 2008. Jim also served as Village Trustee for Wards 9 & 10 from 1990 to 1994 and again from 1997 to 1998.
Jim, now retired, previously worked for 37 years for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as the Supervisor of Marking and Signing of District 3 (Green Bay). Jim also served as a Village of Howard volunteer firefighter for thirteen years and was also a member of the Wisconsin Army National Guard.

Ray was elected as Trustee of Wards 11 & 12 in 2010. He has 36 years of business, accounting, and leadership experience and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Ray is married to Nancy and has three daughters.
His community service includes the Village of Howard Plan Commission (3 years), board of directors for a local credit union (4 years), Howard-Suamico Optimist Club, Treasurer of the Packerland Chapter of the IMA accounting association, and President/member of the local Scandinavian Heritage club. Prior service includes Treasure for a township, Secretary for a volunteer fire department, coach and board member of West Side Kickers Soccer Club, and president and director of a camping club.
Ray has BA degrees from Lakeland College and Spencerian College of Business. He is the Governmental Contracts Compliance Coordinator for Integrys Energy Services.

David Steffen was elected to Trustee of Wards 13 & 14 in April 2007 and was re-elected to his third term in April 2011. He lives on Redstone Trail with his wife, Jenn, and son, Steele. Other committees, boards, and organizations David has served on include: Go Green, Save Green Taskforce, Chair, (2008-Present); Howard Small Biz Partnership, Vice-Chair, (2008-Present); Woods and Valley Corp., Board President, (2003-2011); American Legislative Exchange Council, WI Private Sector Co-chair, (2006-2010); Village of Howard Plan Commission, Member, (2007-2009); Prevent Blindness - N.E.W. Chapter, Board President,(2000-2005); Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, State and Federal Issues Committee, Chair, (2005); Ashwaubenon Business Association, Board President, (2003-2004).
David Steffen is a graduate of Ashwaubenon High School and the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is the Director of Operations for the Legislative Leadership Institute Academy of Foreign Affairs.

Trustee Deppeler was appointed as Trustee of Wards 15, 16, & 17 in 2008 to fill Burt McIntyre's seat when he was elected Village President. Dan was elected to a two-year term in April 2009. Dan is employed by Schneider National as the Financial Manager/Rail Pay. He earned a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a MCDBA/Microsoft Certification from the University of California, San Diego. Dan lives in Howard with his wife and four children.
