Municipal Court
The Village of Howard, Municipal Court was established in 1975. The Municipal Court hears approximately 2500 cases per year.
Cases heard in Municpal Court are either Village ordinances or traffic violations.
The Municipal Court judge serves a four-year term. Judge Gregg Schreiber was first elected as Municipal Judge in April of 1999.
