MISSION STATEMENT

The Administrative Services Department strives to provide accurate financial records, treasurer and clerk functions for the Village. Fiscal integrity of Village records should be maintained by adequate controls and timely reoprting. Maintaing accurate assessment roll information and management of central computer processing systems are also part of the functions of this department.



The Administrative Services department was created in December 2006 following a reorganization of staff. The department was created by combining the Finance Department with the Administration Department and put under the authority of the new director, Chris Haltom (formerly the Director of Finance).

The department has many services that it provides to the public and to assist other employees. Please see the listing of services above. The department's web page offers downloads of forms, applications, searching for election ward locations and location of financial information.
